The fan starts operating when it reaches the specific temperature. If the fan fails to start, it may be due to a firmware version. Please send the Vision Point log and the screen from the Hardware information where the device Temperature is displayed. Additionally, please try to make an analysis of the issue by following these steps:

1. In Fan Control section of GenICam browser try to adjust the parameters and check the fan is working.
   
   Set "Fan on Threshold On" to 20.
   Set "Fan on Threshold Off" to 10.
2. After completing these actions, please remember to return the Threshold parameters to their original values.
