Capture image with Halcon

The Halcon application uses GenICamTL adaptor to connect and control the Frame Grabber.
The Frame Grabber should be automatically detected by Halcon's Image Acquisition tool, under the "GenICamTL" devices, as long as no other application (e.g Vision Point) is using the same Grabber.
